The use of the Website confers the condition of the User and implies full acceptance by the User of all the Conditions of Use of the Website in force at any time the User accesses it so that if the User does not agree with any of the conditions set forth herein, he/she should not use this Website.

Likewise, TEXTIL OLIUS, S.A., reserves the right to remove the links to any website if it has adequate knowledge that the activities carried out on said Website or the Contents thereof are illegal or infringe the rights of third parties or if it is required to do so under a judicial resolution or administrative order.

TEXTIL OLIUS, S.A. adopts various protective measures to protect the Website and the Contents against third-party computer attacks. However, TEXTIL OLIUS, S.A. does not guarantee that unauthorised third parties cannot access the type of use of the Website made by the User or the conditions, characteristics and circumstances under which such use is made. 8.- Partial nullity: Declaring any of these general conditions as null, invalid or ineffective will not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining states, which will continue binding between the parties. The waiver by any of the parties to demand at any given time the fulfilment of any of the conditions stipulated herein shall not imply a general release of the completion of any other requirement or conditions, nor shall it create an acquired right for the other party.

9.- Applicable law and jurisdiction: The provision of the Website service and these Conditions of Use of the Website are governed by Spanish law. For any discrepancy in the execution, interpretation, fulfilment of these Conditions, or of the relations between the User and TEXTIL OLIUS, S.A., both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.

Who is responsible for processing your data?

For what purposes?

On the www.textilolius.com website, the purpose of the collection and processing of the information provided by interested parties varies depending on the form used by the User:

When the User fills in the “contact” form, the sole and exclusive purpose is to attend to the User’s query or request with the corresponding follow-up.

When you fill in the “Work with us” form, the purpose is to collect your CV to take it into account in managing your application for job vacancies and selection processes.

How long do we keep your data?

The personal data provided in the “contact” form will only be kept for as long as we are dealing with your request with the corresponding follow-up that motivated you to contact us, which will never exceed three months from the last contact unless you previously revoke your consent or exercise your right of opposition and or cancellation or as long as liabilities arising from this period may occur (see section on what your rights are).

The data provided in the “Work with us” form, including your curriculum, will only be kept for a period of six (6) months from the receipt of the same, as we consider that in this period, the curriculum will already be outdated unless you previously revoke your consent or exercise your right of opposition and or cancellation (see section what are your rights).

In any case, if the User withdraws their consent or exercises their right to cancellation or deletion or if the retention mentioned above has elapsed, heir data will be kept blocked for the established periods to meet any possible legal and enforceable liabilities arising from the processing thereof. Subsequently, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymisation of the data or their destruction.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for processing the data you provide us with in the “Contact Us” form and the “Work with Us” form is based on the consent you are asked for. You should be aware that you may revoke this consent at any time (see section on your rights).

All the forms indicate which fields must be completed to deal with the request made by the User, either using an asterisk (*) or by express indication (the area that must be filled in).

To which recipients will the data be communicated?

The data provided in the “Contact” form only if necessary to deal with your request given the nature of the same exceptionally they may be communicated to FIELTROS Y TEJIDOS INDUSTRIALES, S.L., a Group company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of non-woven fabrics.

Likewise, in the case of data provided in the “Work with us” form, including your CV, only if you have given your prior consent by ticking the box provided for this purpose they will be communicated to FIELTROS Y TEJIDOS INDUSTRIALES, S.L., a Group company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of non-woven fabrics, so that your CV may be taken into account for vacancies or selection processes.

Data processors: TEXTIL OLIUS, S.A.’s suppliers may be allowed access to the data to provide auxiliary services necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data is collected. However, at no time does this entail a transfer of the data. In any case, we inform you that, should this be the case, a contract is always formalised with these suppliers (Data Processors) that includes the obligations and responsibilities that they must assume in processing the data to act under current legislation on data protection.

Compulsory transfers: In those cases in which it is imposed by legal obligation or court order, TEXTIL OLIUS, S.A. will communicate your data to the entities that such obligation determines.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Rights: Users of the website www.textilolius.com may exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion, portability of their data, limitation or opposition to the processing of their data before TEXTIL OLIUS, S.A. The User is informed that if they do not consider their right to exercise his/her right to be satisfied, he/she may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Technical, organisational and security measures:

User Commitment:

The user is responsible for the authenticity of the data provided, their accuracy and validity for the purpose for which they were delivered and assumes liability for damages, both for loss of profit and consequential damages, which may be generated due to these inaccuracies or falsehoods.
