Starting from a material as traditional as wool and a process as ancient as felting, we have developed technology to create products with unique qualities and enormous versatility.

We leverage the unique properties of wool and the characteristics of nonwoven fabrics to offer solutions for an endless variety of applications, from interior design to industry.

And we offer this functionality by using wool, which is a natural and renewable raw material. In addition, wool felt can be recycled and is also biodegradable, making it a product with a lower environmental impact.

Custom Felts

Product developments, treatments, finishes or presentations are words that we use on a daily basis in order to meet the needs of our customers.

Made-to-measure felts allow us to adapt to the needs of our customers with a range that includes an infinite number of colours and variations in terms of:

Density: this value determines the hardness and stiffness of the felt. We cover a range of soft items from 0.13g/cm3 to the hardest items up to 0.44g/cm3.
Thickness: we cover a range that extends from 1mm to 27mm. The greater the hardness of the felt, the more limited the achievable thickness in production.
Composition: we can manufacture 100% wool felts of various qualities (carbonized, washed) as well as blends of wool with other fibres.

Treatments and finishes

We offer special treatments that build on or complement the natural properties of wool:

WATER-REPELLENT
Prevents water absorption
FIRE RESISTANCE
It offers resistance to heat and fire. Depending on the type of quality, different degrees of resistance are achieved.

In the construction sector we obtain the highest possible resistance grade Bs1d0, according to UNE EN 13501-1, for our FELTINA® and A-270.

→ Some of our products have also been certified under ASTM E84 or UNE 23727
ANTI-MOLD
Prevents rotting of the material.
ANTI-PILING
Prevents the formation of clumps of fibres caused by rubbing.

ANTISTATIC
Promotes conductivity on non-conductive surfaces.
STAIN RESISTANT
Provides repellency to water, oil, dirt. It offers good dry-cleaning fastness and a soft touch.
ANTI-MOTH
Prevents the appearance of moths.
EXTRA LIGHT FASTNESS
Half a point improvement in colour fastness to light, according to UNE-EN ISO 105-B02/OU.
STIFFENING
Increases the degree of hardness of the materials.
NON-SLIP
Modifies the felt surface, preventing the material from slipping.

Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).

We have produced an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for each of our products.

Our EPDs have been published under the “International EPD System” program, thus ensuring their global alignment, validity and broad market visibility.

An EPD transparently reports objective, comparable and third-party verified data about a product’s environmental performance from a lifecycle perspective.
